Over Adam Chatbot

Adam is een chatbotplatform voor instant messaging en online communities. Adam combineert technologie voor directe communicatie met een vraag-en-antwoordservice op basis van kunstmatige intelligentie ter ondersteuning van sociale, gaming-, livestreaming-, medische en educatieve toepassingen. Er wordt een bezorgingspercentage van berichten van 99,99 procent geboden. De communityfunctie ondersteunt realtime interactie voor grote aantallen gebruikers, met livestreaming, spraakkanalen en subkanalen voor geselecteerde onderwerpen. De responsieve interface maakt gebruik van een eenvoudige lay-out, een duidelijke visuele hiërarchie en lineaire pictogrammen voor mobiele apparaten en webpagina's.

Target customers are from social, gaming, livestreaming, medical, educational, and other fields.

The interface adopts a simple design, with clear visual hierarchical layers and layouts to enhance the user experience. The innovative linear icons display functions and information and guide users in their operation. The AI Chatbot plug-ins with animation effects provide users with instant feedback, enhancing the enjoyable interaction.
Onderzoek: This project aims to develop an AI Chatbot-powered social interactive platform to meet the demand of young people in the digital era for diverse social scenarios. It enables million-level online community-group interaction, combined with instant communication technology, to ensure a 99.99% message rate. The interface design is simple with a sense of technology, promoting the productization of AI, and catalyzing the digital transformation of enterprises.
Inspiratie: The single chat situation fails to satisfy the pursuit of young people in the digital era for design. The Adam AI Chatbot provides intelligent question and answer service that can address customer appeal, including FAQ and customer services in a range of social scenarios such as diverse chat scenarios, community-group-topic, live streaming, and audio to better resolve customers' issues about slow response and access to the product.

Werkproces: The instant communication technology enables a message rate of up to 99.99%. Together with user experience guidance, customers can experience a product demo in one minute and quickly create a customized AI Chatbot, dramatically reducing access time and improving efficiency. The innovative community-group-topic function includes real-time, million-level online interactive capabilities, such as live streaming, voice channels, and the creation of sub-channels for topics of interest.
