Over Light and Harmony Modelwoning

Dit moderne, licht luxueuze showcenter verbeeldt een verfijnde toekomstige levensstijl met een geoptimaliseerde indeling voor comfort en interactie. Geïnspireerd door een gezin van vier, brengt het ontwerp een balans tussen gedeelde en privéruimtes, met een open keuken, eet- en woonkamer voor verbinding, terwijl de privacy van de slaapkamers gewaarborgd blijft. Vloer-tot-plafond ramen laten natuurlijk licht binnen, aangevuld met marmertexturen, metalen accenten en minimalistische meubels, wat een serene maar toch verfijnde sfeer creëert die de visie van een ideaal thuis inspireert.

Unieke Eigenschappen: This modern light-luxury show center envisions an ideal future lifestyle. The design optimizes space and layout to offer a comfortable, interactive living experience that caters to modern families’ needs for relaxation, connection, and personalization. The blend of aesthetics and functionality creates a warm, inviting atmosphere, inspiring clients to envision their perfect home.
Afmetingen & Verpakking: The living room’s feature wall is made of marble, measuring 1000mm x 18mm x 1900mm . The large-scale stone design enhances the grandeur of the space, conveying a sense of luxury. The construction technique uses a dry-hanging method, where a steel frame is welded to the wall and stone slabs are hung with brackets, ensuring that the marble can be recycled during deconstruction, in line with sustainable development principles.

Productietechnologie: Space Materials: The color palette features light tones with grey accents, while natural wood finishes add warmth and an organic touch. In a traditional Chinese family, parents and children are often busy with their own activities, leading to less interaction. The design incorporates an open dining, kitchen, and spacious living room layout to create shared spaces that encourage family gathering and communication.
