Het ontwerp interpreteert de Nanyang-stijl via een hedendaagse vormtaal, met beige- en grijstinten met lage verzadiging, geaccentueerd door antiek bronsgoud. Defined by a sense of boundless nature at its core, it embodies the relaxed essence of Southeast Asian heritage. The space emphasizes the richness of experiential rhythms and cultivates tranquil, serene atmospheres, creating an elegant forest oasis hidden within the urban landscape of Fuzhou.
Afmetingen & Verpakking: The demonstration complex has a total floor space of 2,070 square meters, comprising a 240-square-meter community lobby, a 460-square-meter sales center (to be converted into a 340-square-meter clubhouse in the future), and a 1,370-square-meter clubhouse.

Productietechnologie: The color scheme is inspired by the bright, tropical hues of the South Pacific, which have been softened to low-saturation, neutral, and warm base colors like beige and sophisticated gray. In contrast to the traditional extravagant sales environments of typical demonstration areas, it creates a refined, minimalist, and ceremonial hotel like atmosphere, offering future residents a promise of an elevated lifestyle that transcends the everyday, while embodying both a strong sense of belonging and reverence.
