About Trex Posterontwerp

Trex is een poster ontworpen om een nieuwe milieuvriendelijke motor te presenteren, ontwikkeld door een turbomachinebedrijf. De poster meet 700 bij 1000 millimeter en is vervaardigd met digitale druk. De visuele inhoud legt uit hoe de motor de verbrandingsefficiëntie verbetert en het interne energieverlies vermindert. Een luchtlagersysteem verhoogt het compressorvermogen met 30 procent en ondersteunt een werking met lage uitstoot. Onderdelen zoals de behuizing en de luchtkanalen zijn vormgegeven met B-Spline-curven en -oppervlakken om de luchtstroomefficiëntie te verbeteren. Wiskunde en vloeistofdynamica-analyse ondersteunen het visuele ontwerp.

Research: Trex is a new and environment-friendly engine product from Birmingham High Performance Turbomachinery. Compared with other engines nowadays, it improves combustion efficiency and reduces the internal loss of energy by radical engine configuration and design. Its Advanced air bearing system improves compressor power by 30% and provides a low emission running. Necessary parts are designed with B-Spline curves and surfaces, contributing to enhancing the airflow efficiency such as the casing, the inlet/outlet air ducts and so on. Like the lotus growing in the pond, Trex is the revolution of traditional engine design.

Operation Flow: It ideally echoes the role of mathematics as an interface between science and art, and demonstrates that B-Spline and CFD can form an excellent combination of science and arts and provide a powerful tool for creating and analyzing arts.
