About Tongue-Bongue Snoeppakket

De wens was om een pakket te maken voor een soort voedsel. Bij het ontwikkelen van verpakkingen is het belangrijk om onvoorspelbaar te zijn. Aangezien er veel stereotiepe oplossingen op de markt zijn, moet er naar iets anders worden gezocht, men moet afstand nemen van de sjablonen. En er werd aandacht besteed aan het eetproces zelf, zoals het nemen en stoppen van voedsel in de mond. Dit was een achtergrond van idee. Mensen gebruiken de tong om allerlei soorten snoep op te zuigen. Tongvormige lollies creëren een surrealistische metafoor "tong op (menselijke) tong".

Unique Properties: People use the tongue to suck all sorts of sweets. Tongue-shaped lollipops create a surreal metaphor "tongue on (human) tongue".

Production Technology: paper
Design Challenge: Most difficult was to understand how to transport this package to shops and for whom this package can be, since the upper part cannot be wrinkled. Solution was that the packaging works as a gift or sells in luxury demand, especially since it is going by hand.
Research: The packages that are in the store are mostly standard (square, rectangular), and do not lure to make a spontaneous buy. Idea was to make an offer for a new version of packaging that one wants to support in hands, study and buy.
Inspiration: The wish was to create a package for some kind of food. Attention was paid on eating process itself such as taking and putting food in the mouth. This was a background to idea.
Project Duration: Project was made for German package competition, started in Moscow, February-April 2017.
Operation Flow: The tongue starts from the back of the box, covers the opening area of the box (works as an additional protection against opening), and "closes" through a slot in the mouth. It turns out into box-mouth in which lay candy-tongues.
