Ithaki Restaurant ndi kapangidwe ka kuwala komwe kanapangidwira malo apamwamba odyera pafupi ndi nyanja mumzinda. Ndondomekoyi ikuphatikiza malo amkati ndi akunja, ndipo malo onsewa amaloza ku nyanja. Njira yopanda kuwala kowala kwambiri inasankhidwa kuti iteteze mawonekedwe a nyanja usiku ndi thambo la usiku. Kuwala kofunda kumadziwikitsa matebulo odyera ndipo kumapanga mkhalidwe wokoma ndi wapamtima. Kuwalaku kumathandizira mitundu yokongola ya kapangidwe ka mkati ndipo kumakulitsa chidwi cha zakudya. Cholinga chinali kupatsa alendo mtima wodekha pa nthawi yodyera limodzi.

The restaurant comprises of interior as well as exterior areas.The lighting design scope was to deliver a glare-free lighting scheme that respects the night views to the sea and the night sky and also provides the immersive atmosphere to match the classy-chic tones of the interior design

Our moments of pleasure and joy become even more special when they are sprinkled with something extra; a sense of luxury and comfort. The surrounding environment is also very rich with the profound presence of the sea and the sky. The sea mirroring the perpetual metamorphosis of the sky contrasts the warmth of our dining table. The night views and the intimacy we share during the summer and winter times allows us to expand our senses. We taste, we smell, we hear, we look at each other.
