JAM Vision Track3 ndi chimake cha magalasi owonera chomwe chapangidwa kuti chikhale ndi zotsatira zochepa pa chilengedwe. Tsogolo ndi msonga zake zimapangidwa ndi PA11 kudzera mu njira yopanga zinthu mwa kuwonjezera zinthu pang'onopang'ono, zomwe zimachepetsa kutayika kwa zida. Mbali za kumanja ndi kumanzere komanso mlatho zimadulidwa ndi laser kuchokera ku sitima yosungunuka yomwe yabwezedwanso mwathunthu. Chimake chilichonse chimapangidwa pofunikira kokha, kotero kusungitsa katundu ndi kuchuluka kwa zinthu zosafunikira zimapewedwa. Zigawo zonse zimalumikizidwa mwaukadaulo, popanda kusungunula kapena gulu, choncho gawo limodzi lokha likhoza kusinthidwa ngati laphwanyika. Opambana a Bronze ndi zinthu zaluso kwambiri ndi zolenga modabwitsa zomwe zimatsimikizira zochitika zazikulu, kulingalira ndi kuchenjera kwa opanga awo. JAM Vision Track3 Chimake cha Magalasi Owonera akuyembekezeka kukhala chinthu choyamikiridwa, chosirira ndi chokondedwa, chaukatswiri wapadera ndi chatsopano. Thanks to additive manufacturing and Laser cut stainless steel 100% recycled, made on demand, the project is eco-responsible without creating wasted product. Thanks to the patented simple hinges and the clipping system, it could be assembled even by the end user ! Also, as the patented hinge is based on magnetic elements, the hinge is life lasting (100.000 folding test has been made, without any loss performance !)

- When we decided to launch a brand, we decided that the footprint of this line needs to be as minimum as possible. The eyewear industry use to work with classical soustractive solution (80% of the raw material is trashed), and fixed assembly solution (riveted, soldered, shouted). We decided to start with a brand new method, work in additive, source only eco responsible material, and mechanical easy assembly, to eventually leave the customer to do it by himself.

- We were inspired by Ikea, for the easy assembly, and also by the old metal toys to be bend and assembly. Then, lines are inspired by minimalism Japanese spirit, and engineering achievement that we learnt working with some high-end customer (like McLaren). Hinges came thanks to my passion for magnets

- This frame is obtained by easy assembly between parts after high personalization of each parts, made on demand, without high stock. All the elements are easy to remove in order to replace just one part in case of breakage. The hinge itself has been tested with 100.000 folding, without any reduction of performance, which push the boundaries of every other ones resistance.
