About Gradient Ramp Gradient Ramp
Gradient Ramp ndi tepi yamathero yopangidwa kuti kuthetsa kupeza mapeto a tepi pamene wadulidwa. Tepi yowoneka bwino (transparent) yodziwika bwino ndi yopyapyala kwambiri, choncho mapeto ake nthawi zambiri amakhala ovuta kupeza tepi ikagwiritsidwa ntchito. Gradient Ramp ili ndi mtundu wosintha pang'onopang'ono (gradient) m'mphepete mwake mwonse. Tepi ikadulidwa, zigawozo zimapanga kusiyana kwa mtundu koonekera pamzere wodulira. Wogwiritsa ntchito amayang'ana dera lomwe lili ndi kusiyana kwakukulu kwambiri kwa mitundu ndipo amakweza tepi kuyambira pamalopo. Tepiyi imapangidwa kuchokera ku filimu ya PVC yopanda plasticizer, yomwe imapereka kupirira bwino kwa kuzizira, kumamatira kwamphamvu poyambirira, komanso kudulika mosavuta.

About the Mphoto ya Chitsulo ya A' Design Award
Gradient Ramp Gradient Ramp ndi mmodzi mwa opambana a Mphoto ya Chitsulo ya A' Design Award, kuzindikirika kolemekezeka komwe kumaperekedwa kwa mapangidwe abwino omwe amakwaniritsa zofunika za akatswiri ndi za makampani zomwe zimayembekezeka kuchokera ku zolengedwa zopangidwa bwino. Opambana a Chitsulo amaonetsa luso lalikulu, ukatswiri wapamwamba, kumvetsetsa kwa akatswiri ndi mphamvu yolenga ya opanga awo. Gradient Ramp Gradient Ramp akuyembekezeka kukhala cholengedwa choyamikiridwa kwambiri, chosirira ndi chokondedwa chomwe ndi chothandiza ndi chatsopano. Mapangidwe opambana Mphoto ya Chitsulo ya A' Design Award awa amaphatikiza machitidwe abwino kwambiri a makampani ndipo ali ndi makhalidwe a ukadaulo oyenerera olumikizidwa ndi chidziwitso ndi luso. Gradient Ramp Gradient Ramp amalemekezedwa chifukwa cha kusamala kwake ndipo anapangidwa kuti apereke kukonza kwa moyo kumene kumathandiza kusandutsa dziko kukhala malo abwino.

- Unique Properties
- This is a sellotape with a unique color. What is unique about it is what it does. It is a tape made of gradient. After using the tape, due to the gradient characteristics of the cut after use will form a color difference. So that users find the transparent tape incision, easy to use.
- Dimensions & Packaging
- length 10cm x Width 10cm x Height 1.5cm
- Tags
- Tape, Tape cut, Gradient ramp, Convenience, Stationery
- Production Technology
- No plasticizer PVC film based material, with good low temperature resistance, good initial viscosity, easy punching and cutting molding.
- Design Challenge
- This is an innovative design with a complex internal structure, and the machining qualification rate is the biggest challenge encountered by this project.
- Research
- In the past decade, the production of rubber belt has maintained an upward trend, with the output rising from 10.03 billion square meters in 2007 to 21.86 billion square meters in 2016. The industry scale is expanding continuously, and the market prospect is broad. Despite the forward-looking estimates, in 2017, the production of tape reached 23.80 billion square meters, a year-on-year growth of 8.88%. In such a large market, a tape that solves pain points is very promising.
- Inspiration
- I get my inspiration from gradient.Tape is a stationery that many people often use.Because the tape is too thin.Everyone who uses tape has a problem with not finding the cut.We combine the principle of gradient with tape. You can easily find the tape cut through the color difference. Our motivation was to design a tape that was easier to use.
- Project Duration
- The project started in September 2020 in Milan and finished in February 2021 in that place, and was exhibited in China in February 2021.
- Operation Flow
- First pick up the tape. Second, look for areas where the color difference is very pronounced. Third, use tape. Finally, after using the tape, the tape incision and tape will directly produce obvious color difference, convenient for people to find, so that the next use is more simple.
