Ormankoy Community Centre ndi nyumba ya anthu onse yomwe ili ku Istanbul, dziko la Turkiye. Chigoba chamatabwa ndicho chimapereka mawonekedwe apadera a nyumbayi, pomwe makoma akulu agalasi amatsegula zipinda zamkati kuti ziwonekere ku nkhalango yozungulira. Mapangidwe achitsulo amapanga mawonekedwe apaderawa ndipo amakhazikika pa mitanda ya konkire yotambasuka mamita opitilira 18 pamwamba pa malo a dziwe. Maiwe awiri achilengedwe omwe ali pamalo osiyanasiyana amakwirira malo a masikweya mita 4000, ndipo mankhwala oopsa anapewedwa kuti ateteze nyama zakuthengo ndi ziweto. Matabwa okutira nyumbayi akuyembekezeka kusintha mtundu ndi mawonekedwe pakapita nthawi, monga momwe nyengo za nkhalango zimasinthira.

Ormankoy Community Centre Malo Ochitirako Misonkhano ya Anthu Ammudzi ndi mmodzi mwa opambana a Mphoto ya Platinamu ya A' Design Award, kuzindikirika kolemekezeka kwambiri komwe kumaperekedwa kwa mapangidwe apadera kwenikweni, okongola ndi aulemerero. Opambana a Platinamu ndi zodabwitsa za kulenga, umboni wa malire a nzeru za anthu, ndipo amaonetsa ukatswiri wosayerekezeka ndi luntha la opanga awo. Mapangidwe amenewa akuyembekezeka kukhala ntchito zotchuka kwambiri zomwe zimatsimikizira kukongola kwa nthawi yawo, kuthandiza ubwino wa gulu ndi kukulitsa malire a luso, sayansi, kapangidwe ndi ukadaulo. Ormankoy Community Centre Malo Ochitirako Misonkhano ya Anthu Ammudzi amaonetsa mlingo wapamwamba wa ubwino ndipo mosakayikira amasandutsa dziko kukhala malo abwino kwambiri ndi makhalidwe ake opindulitsa ndi amtengo wapatali. - Wooden shell forms the building's characteristics. Wide glazed façades expand the indoor spaces to nature.
Within the project area there are 2 ponds in different levels. Water quality of both ponds intended to be potable water. The use of hard chemicals has been avoided to ensure the safety of the guest's pets as well as the surrounding wildlife.
Wooden claddings which is expected to change its colour and texture in time - as seen in the seasonal changes of the forest- are used both in indoor and outdoor façades. - Zizindikiro

- Steel frame structure is what gives the unique shape of the building. From ground to 3rd basement levels, steel structure sits on concrete beams which spans over 18 meters above pool space.

- Design is an abstraction of surrounding natural environment.
It's aimed to establish an intersection between Ormankoy Community Centre and the surrounded natural park with addition of biological pond which is 4000 sqm in size.
Compared to the natural park level, project building is located on the peak of the land which gives the opportunity of both to see and comprehend the natural park better and also to be seen and comprehended at the same time. - Nthawi ya Polojekiti
