About Forest of Art Primary Function: Kapangidwe ka Malo

Book Text: Forest of Art ndi kapangidwe ka malo kadera lofika masikweya mita 2000 ku Taichung, ku Taiwan, kamene kanamalizidwa mu Okutobala 2020. Deralo lili pamphambano ya mapaki atatu, pa ngodya ya mtawuni loyang'anizana ndi njira yopita ku sukulu. Nyumbayo inatembenuzidwa madigiri 45 kuti iyang'anizane ndi sukulu mbali yopingasa, kusiya malo ambiri oti azibzalapo mbewu. Mabokosi obzalira mbewu okonzedwa mwa mzere wozungulira azungulira njira ya mumlengalenga imene imalumikizana ndi zithunzithunzi. Kubzala mbewu za magawo ambiri pakhomo kumapangitsa ngodya ya msewu kuti iwoneke ngati nkhalango yolumikizidwa ndi njira ya mumlengalenga.

Opambana a Siliva ndi ntchito zowala kwambiri ndi zolenga kwambiri zomwe zimaonetsa ukatswiri, luso ndi nzeru zakuthwa za opanga awo. Forest of Art Primary Function: Kapangidwe ka Malo akuyembekezeka kukhala ntchito yodabwitsa yoonetsedwa, yaukatswiri wapadera ndi yatsopano kwambiri. Unique Properties: The project is located at the junction of three parks, and there is a walkway to school in front of it, where is the corner space of the downtown area.
Dimensions & Packaging: The project is 2000 square meter.

Production Technology: The interior space on the second floor is planned with a loop layout which enables people to walk back and forth in the space and to be surrounded by the view. The loop layout enriches the unique and interesting sensation of the narrow space, combining the space tightly with the design core.
Design Challenge: The landscape space is limited after planning the architecture; to solve the problem, the design team turned the building 45 degrees to face the school on the diagonal side and left the space for landscape.
Inspiration: An art country hidden in the city. The design core is inspired and elaborated from the fairy tale, The Wonderful Wizard of Oz. Accompanying the urban landscape, the indoor and outdoor scenes well interprets the artistic resentence with design and story.
Project Duration: The project finished in October 2020 in Taichung, Taiwan.
Operation Flow: The planter boxes arranged in arc surrounds the sky walkway connecting with the arbours, which brings out the layers of the building. Besides, the multi-layer planting matching the arc sky walkway at the entrance makes the streetscape at the corner seem to be a forest connected with the skyway.
