About The Flight Of The Razorbill Zipangizo Zosonkhanitsa za Kunja
The Flight of the Razorbill ndi gulu la zipangizo zapakhomo zogwiritsidwa ntchito kunja lomwe lili ndi mpando, tebulo ndi chowunikira. Guluyi lapangidwa ndi Fenix, chipangizo cha nanotechnology chomwe chili ndi malo osanyezimira kwambiri, osasunga zizindikiro za zala komanso okhoza kudzikonza okha ndi kutentha. Fenix nthawi zambiri amagwiritsidwa ntchito m'zipinda zamkati, ndipo guluyi lasintha chipangizochi kuti chigwiritsidwe ntchito kunja.

- Unique Properties
- The Flight of the Razorbill is an outdoor furniture collection composed of a chair, table, and lighting piece crafted in Fenix®. Inspired by the aerodynamic silhouette of the Razorbill seabird, the design translates the sensation of flight into clean, sculptural forms. Its strength lies in the innovative use of Fenix®—typically applied in interiors—reimagined here for outdoor use, achieving a refined balance between durability, tactile quality, and architectural elegance.
- Dimensions & Packaging
- Chair: 450 x 500 x 810 mm
Table: 1640 x 1640 x 730 mm
Lamp: 400 x 160 x 1350 mm - Tags
- Table, Chair, Lamp, Light, furniture, fenix, exterior, dinning
- Production Technology
- The collection was developed through a biomimetic design methodology, translating the aerodynamic geometry of the Razorbill into structural furniture forms. The pieces are fabricated using Fenix®, a high-performance nanotech material known for its ultra-matte surface, anti-fingerprint properties, and thermal self-healing capability. Digital modeling and precision CNC fabrication enabled the creation of continuous, refined geometries while ensuring durability and suitability for outdoor environments.
- Inspiration
- This project originates from a biomimetic approach, studying the Razorbill seabird’s aerodynamic body and efficient structure as a source of design intelligence. Its flight inspired a language of light yet stable forms. The research also explored the innovative use of Fenix®, whose self-healing and regenerative surface properties echo natural resilience, reinforcing the concept of furniture that learns from nature’s efficiency and durability.
