- On the premise of meeting the design requirements and budget, to ensure the environmental protection and natural use of materials, the negative first floor uses pure natural stone material, the thickest place is 10 cm, the thinnest place is only 4.5 cm. The space is mostly made of natural wood, environmentally friendly solid wood, using composite flooring, Italian Caeser floor tiles, staircase floor using marble material, artificial stone, and inlaid with metal glass. Wall paint is clean and simple, no waste, no redundant decoration.

In order to solve this kind of problem, the designer made creative changes to the space with turning and transforming an originally 600 square meter hardcover American villa into a modern villa of 1000 square meters.

- Contemporary simple lifestyle and rhythm, as well as the real needs of the owners, are the source of inspiration for designers. Located in the south of Chengdu, Chengdu Lushan International Community is a well-known high-end villa area in Chengdu. It has good geographical advantages and hardware supporting facilities.
