E City ndi mkati mwa malo ogulitsira omwe ali ku Guangzhou, chigawo cha Guangdong, ku China. Malowa ali ndi malo okwana masikweya mita 425 ndipo ntchitoyi inamalizidwa mu Januware 2019.
