About Citic Fengyue Tower Disseny Interior de Burèu

Citic Fengyue Tower es un interior de burèu situat a Dalian, una vila costièra de China, que cobrís 6500 mètres carrats. Lo disseny s'inspira de la sciéncia, de la tecnologia, de l'art, de la natura e de la mar, e l'imatge principala es presa de las formas de las ondas. Lo plafon e lo sòl utilizan de linhas fluidas e de superfícias en blòcs per transmetre lo movement e la dubertura. Un burèu d'acuèlh en forma de naviri de guèrra rapèla lo pòrt local e es fach de marbre blanc glaç e d'acièr inoxidable daurat. De tonalitats blanc gris son combinadas amb un blau tecnic. D'esculturas plaçadas a l'interior e a l'exterior guidan lo movement e encoratjan l'interaccion.

Unique Properties: In the design space, the designer also adopted the design concept of master Zaha Hadid for ceiling and floor. On the basis of this, the designers made full use of lines and block surfaces, which were forceful and soft. It conveys a sense of motivation and space, symbolizes the order and harmony of the new era, and fills space with infinite imagination.
Dimensions & Packaging: The project covers a total of 6500 square meters. The modern design is efficient and concise. The combination of lighting color, decoration structure and modeling has achieved good decoration effect, which is simple, bright, in line with the psychological needs of contemporary people.

Production Technology: The white gray is added with technical blue, and the modern style is used as the keynote to blend in. The design method of plane division is used to make the space design flexible and comfortable.
Design Challenge: From indoor to outdoor, the designers have selected original works of art such as sculpture "Moon" and "Floating City" by contemporary performers. Through the artistic movement line of space, artistic taste, increased interaction in communication, and created a sense of symbiosis between space design and people.
Research: In the historical development of the society, new artistic expression means and artistic aesthetics are constantly promoted. People's aesthetic activities also reflect social life and show people's sense of thought. This is exactly what the city needs, a more concise and orderly architecture without losing its beauty.
Inspiration: Citic Fengyue Tower is located in Dalian City, Liaoning Province, which is a seaside city. In the new era of modern life, inspired by science and technology, art, nature and the sea, the design source is extracted from the sea wave elements of coastal cities, and the idea of "all rivers run into sea" is interpreted in an invisible, casual and natural way.
Project Duration: The project started in December 2017 in Dalian and finished in November 2019 in Dalian.
Operation Flow: Dalian has one of China's major ports, docking with the Chinese navy fleet. This idea was used for reference in the interior to design the warship reception desk. It is composed of natural ice white marble and golden stainless steel.
