About Blank Project Foncion Principala: Interior d'Ofici

Blank Project es un interior d'ofici situat al nòrd-èst del centre de Changsha, en China, amb una superfícia totala de 800 mètres carrats. L'espaci minimalista blanc servís de luòc de trabalh per un estudi de disenh d'interiors e de sala d'exposicion per la seuna companhiá de construccion. Una pòrta corredissa automatica que va del sòl al plafon mena dins la sala d'exposicion, qu'es esclairada per de pichons projectors importats. Lo grand sallon principal es daissat dobèrt per las granas reünions o los eveniments de tipe galariá. Un long corredor esclairat religa l'estudi e la sala d'exposicion, e presenta de plafonets de materials de diferentas texturas al costat d'un banc en fusta carbonizada negra.

Unique Properties: The 800-square-meter office with minimalist white interior is located northeast of central Changsha, which belongs to interior design studio 8C ART SPACE and its construction company INCH. The office interior was overhauled by 8C ART SPACE as celebration of "raw materiality and geometric simplicity". The raw, minimalistic aesthetic help to strip the space down so as to truly go inside of design.

Production Technology: The office accommodates a workplace for studio 8C ART SPACE and also a showroom for INCH. Going through a floor-to-ceiling automatic sliding door into showroom, there are some high-end imported small-size spotlights as a warm welcome. The spacious main hall has been left open so that the company can use it for large-scale meetings, or transform into a gallery-style space for events.
A long light corridor as a connection between studio and showroom has the collection of raw-yet-curated material board in different texture hanging on the wall and black carbonized timber bench seat where staff can sit to take a quick rest.
Inspiration: We are inspired by a natural surrounding and realize that the design needed to be pared down and clear conceptually.
Project Duration: duration：10 months
location：changsha, China
Operation Flow: Spatial angles and lighting provide contrast to the stark white; and light, shade and line are used. The studio additionally chose to use various translucent materials to create an open-plan layout that allows for easy circulation and clear sightlines.
