Sunac Yipin Yantai es una concepcion interiora residenciala per una villa de quatre estatges a Yantai, Shandong, China. L'ostal se sarra sus la còsta del Bohai e es encerclat de montanhas, de mar e de vegetacion. L'interior s'espandís sus 350 mètres carrats e sèga un estil internacional modèrne. Los espacis dobèrts ligan las pèças amb lo paisatge natural, e la lutz solara, la ròca e l'aiga fan ofici d'elements guidaires. D'òbras d'art fachas sus mesura e de materials seleccionats amanisson la geometria estricta del plan. L'intencion es de crear una atmosfèra de vacanças, calma e relaxanta, modelada per l'art e la cultura.

- As a four-story residential space, it is located on China's Bohai coastline, surrounded by mountains and seas and vegetation. It shows the ultimate elegance and comfort to the greatest extent. It made a harmonious and perfect balance between the interior and the original ecology.

- 1.Refine floor plans and do layout design in a rigorous way.
2.Refine 3D models and do reasoning and verification of the space.
3.Make project on-site stakeout and consider dimension and light condition of the space
4.Order custom-made art pieces, do material selection, control details of project construction
