Fon 23 es un immòble de burèus dont l'interior es concebut a l'entorn dels principis de la construccion verda. Lo projècte cobrís 5561,1 mètres carrats e foguèt acabat a Taichung, Taiwan. De plantacions abondosas e de dispositius d'aiga sus cada estanci ajudan a regular lo microclimat e a reduire la calor. Las plantas aumentan tanben l'oxigèn e melhoran la qualitat de l'aire. Un mur verd multicoates en forma de bornhon fòrma un jardin vertical de flors e d'èrba. De panèls solars sul teulat generan environ 25,8 quilowatts. Los ascensors utilizan de motors a aimant permanent e un sistèma de regeneracion d'energia. Las salas partejadas e los equipaments publics son dobèrts a las entrepresas e a las associacions caritativas.

Proprietats Unicas: It is a human-oriented smart green office building. Persisting in green design techniques all the way starting with the design, to the selection of eco-friendly construction materials. For the sustainable development of the enterprise, the goal is set as the smart green office building, with the planning characteristics including massive greening for the entire building; green energy combined with recyclable energy providing comprehensive facilities and friendly contribution to the environment.

Tecnologia de Produccion: Massive greening and water landscape in each floor help regulate the microclimate and reduce the heat. In addition, massive plants increase oxygen and reduce carbon dioxide, which improves the quality of the space.
Desaffo de Dissènh: Vertical Greening: The beehive-shaped multi-layer green wall features, flowers and grass demonstrating prosperity, enhancing the aesthetic of the landscape environment, introducing a sense of beauty to the city along with aesthetic competitiveness.
Recèrca: Green design has been set as the pre-requisite starting from the purchase of the land, therefore solar energy panels are installed on the roof, the low pollution and solar power source responds to the green energy policy, creating power of about 25.8KW to contribute back to TaiPower, as well as reducing 16,985 tons of CO2, while inverter permanent-magnet motors and power regeneration system are adopted for the power-consuming elevators in the office building.
Inspiracion: 1. Human-oriented and sustainability: Colleagues are family, with this concerned idea, the office is planned to be spacious and comfortable, and to gel.
2. Social responsibility and smart green architecture: ecology, eco-friendliness, energy saving, smart architecture and technology with human-friendly management.
3. Resource sharing: functional halls and other public facilities are open to not only enterprises but charities.
Durada del Projècte: The project finished in January 2020 in Taichung, Taiwan.
Flux Operacional: Green building, as core of the design, accompanies patent design, eco-friendliness and land use planning. The project contributes to the city image, as well as benefits people for enjoyment.
