Lo projècte seguís un enfoc minimalista, e l'estructura originala es estada dobèrta e reconstruida per crear de melhoras connexions entre las zonas. D'obertures a travèrs dels estatges ligan la zona de restaurant al segond estatge amb la maison de tè dobèrta al dessús. Un escalièr d'acièr suspendut, amb de marchapès ultra-fins, junh quatre nivèls. Los materials inclusón l'Arabescato, lo Bianco Botticino, la pèira Sunshine, lo negre de Mongolia, un tablièr de pintura mata blanca e un sòl de fusta.
