Tèxte del libre : Bay Arce es un restaurant de frutas de mar situat dins l'edifici del terminal de crosièras al pòrt de Kanazawa. L'espaci de restauracion fa fàcia a la mar a travèrs una paret de veire complèta, e la vista se devèla progressivament a mesura que los visitaires avançan dempuèi l'entrada. Lo volum dels assietaments forma una granda forma arredondida que rapèla un vaissèl, bastida amb de pèças finas de fusta de Noto Hiba originàrias de la prefectura d'Ishikawa. Un sòl escalonat permet de veire la mar dempuèi cada plaça, e una doça pendença dona accès als utilizaires de cadièra rotlanta. Lo sostre en fusta es corbat a la man en forma d'onda e s'illumina la nuèch.
