Poly Huadu T4 es un interior d'ofici de cotrabalh situat a Canton. Lo projècte s'espandís sus 1250 mètres carrats e ven al servici dels entreprenaires e de las pichonas còlas. Lo concèpte del somiaire guida la disposicion, que junh un espaci de trabalh dubèrt amb un modul de bar a cafè. Una sala de conferéncia enclau un mur d'inspiracion fach de 2000 gredons. Un canapè virant e un sistèma d'esclairatge apòrtan de varietat a l'espaci partejat. De linhas verticalas a l'entrada fan semblar l'interior mai naut. De tons de fusta e de superfícias blancas amaisan la tension de l'encastre de l'ofici.

Unique Properties: DREAMER for Dream Chasers. The place where dreams start is what designer intend to define directly the nature of this co-working space. DREAMER is fully integrated into interior designs to provide different possibilities. From the open area integrating with a coffee bar module to the conference room with 2000 pencils as the inspiration wall, and to the original rotating sofa and lighting system, Dream Chasers can get rid of boring environment and go into a space full of tension and imagination.

Design Challenge: Designers pay great attention to the overall atmosphere, because the whole is mainly open space, creating obvious space isolation and avoiding communication obstacles. A variety of creative space devices can stimulate imagination in work.
Research: This work is located in Huadu District, Guangzhou. The culture and history here are closely connected with the Jianghu, and people are close to nature. Need more modern and international design language. Based on the circle and arc, transform the essence of local resources and culture into indoor landscape, and create space works that give consideration to beauty and practicability, openness, comfort and imagination.
Inspiration: T4 joint office area belongs to the shared office mode, which aims to provide office space and supporting services for entrepreneurs or small institutions. After analyzing the customer group attributes, designer take "dreamer" as the core concept of design, express it for everyone who has a dream, provide rich supply in the space, and meet the needs and scenes of liberalization and personalization.
Project Duration: Guangzhou, March 2019.
Operation Flow: The vertical lines at the entrance make the office scene higher. The combination of wood color and white skillfully neutralizes the depression and tension brought by the office space
