About Fantasy Factory Botiga de Venda al Detall

La fabrica de fantasia amb la panificacion sus lo lòc coma argument de venda principal intègra los sectors de tè, venda al detall, regalhs IP e bar per crear una botiga-fabrica multifuncionala. Lo concèpte de design FTY es estat extrait de Factory. F significa Fair (fièra). Per lo flux important de personas e las categorias variadas de produits, l'espaci es estat organizat segon lo principi d'un mercat. T significa Time (temps). Las colors de la botiga son extrachas dels cambiaments de color del cèl, evocant los cambiaments temporals d'una jornada. Y fa referéncia a You (vos, los clients). Los diferents You reflectats dins lo miralh s'estendon cap al dispositiu interactiu multidimensional.

Unique Properties: The fantasy factory of Nayuki is located in Shenzhen, With on-site baking as the core selling point, it integrates tea, retail, IP gifts, and bar sectors to create a multi-functional factory store that provides baking, leisure, tasting, and experience.

b.How to integrate different functional areas (baking, tea, bar, retail, gift area) in the design and show them in the full-time business model.

Research Objectives: different types of factory store, retail store
Methodology: desktop survey , site visit
Insights: since there are many traits of the brand, we choose 4 traits: rich product categories, big area, full time period, large flow of people to present.
Inspiration: The idea FTY was extracted from factory. F stands for Fair. For large flow of people and rich product categories, the space was planned in the way of a market.T stands for Time. Inspired by the SKY series of photography by ERIC CAHAN, the color is extracted from the color changes of the sky, implying time changes of a day. Y refers to You (customers). To emphasize the relationship between customers and Nayuki Space. Different You in the mirror is extended to the multi-dimensional interactive device.
Project Duration: The project started in May 2019 in Shenzhen and finished in November 2019 in Shenzhen.
