Lo sèti social de Wacai es un bastiment de burèus a Hangzhou, en China, concebut coma una estructura verda e sostenibla. La forma cilindrica es orientada del nòrd al sud e s'entrelaça amb de jardins en nautor. La forma fa dintrar la lutz naturala dins los espacis de burèu, çò que redusís l'usatge de l'esclairatge artificial. D'espacis paisatgièrs extensius sus tot lo site ajudan a compensar las emissions de carbòni e a regular la temperatura ambienta, en abaissant la dependéncia dels sistèmas de contraròtle climatic. Lo plan circular emplega tanben mens de materials de paret, de sòl e de teulada, çò que dona una emprenta ecologica mai febla.

Proprietats Unicas: The building is designed as a green and sustainable infrastructure. The building is designed to allow in natural light to minimize the use of artificial lighting in the office spaces within and features extensive landscapes to offset carbon emissions as well as to regulate the ambient temperature in a bid to cut down on the reliance of climate control systems. The buildings are north-south facing and are interweave together with skyrise gardens.

Tecnologia de Produccion: In order to create an original design, we boldly use the image of ancient Chinese coins that symbolize wealth and finance as the basis of vertical architectural design, and connect the public's Internet as a platform for our landscape design. The combination of these two elements creates a synergy between the interpersonal relationship and finance through the network.
Desaffo de Dissènh: It was a challenge as the client have expectations of a modern building structure yet task the design team to base the concept to the company identity and the vicinity cultural and historical background. Though we manage to satisfied the client in the end with the ancient coins concept.
Inspiracion: The company is primarily make up of two main component:
1. Finance
2. Network
Thus our main design concept will revolved around these two main component which will give the urban landscape and company office building a unique identity.
Financial services are the basic components to the company's growth. While the rise of network in recent years provide a bigger platform for the company to connect with the masses. Thus when we integrate these highlights into our architectural design, they become the manifestication of our urban landscapes.
Durada del Projècte: January 2018 to August 2018 in Hangzhou China
Flux Operacional: The cylindrical shape of the building prevents strong winds from lifting the roof structure out of the building. There are dozens of interconnected points in the circular building. These connecting structural parts make the building have a unique combination of flexibility and strength quality, making it safer in bad weather conditions.
Circular buildings use fewer wall, floor and roof hence achieving a smaller ecological footprint and more living space at lower cost. In addition, the contact area of the building related to bad weather is reduced thus improving the hardness and energy efficiency.
