A prepaus de Kaisa Yuebanshan Centre Comunautari

Kaisa Yuebanshan es un centre comunautari a Zhongshan, en China. Lo bastiment cobrís 2100 mètres carrats e s'organiza sus dos estatges. Un volum de tres nivèls religa doas terrassas amb una diferéncia d'auçada d'environ quatre mètres. Lo dessenh s'inspira de l'arquitectura locala de Lingnan, amb d'espacis de patios e de parets corbadas. De parets blancas en forma d'arc se repetisson per donar a la façada una aparéncia doça e ritmica. Una portada de 12 mètres e un pòrtafals de 5 mètres mantenon l'interior dubèrt. Los espacis publics dels dos estatges sostenon la vida vidanta e enquadran las vistas sus las montanhas al nòrd e al sud.

Proprietats Unicas: According to the current situation of the site with a large elevation difference, a three-story volume is cleverly set up to connect two terraces with a height difference of about 4 meters horizontally, and the Community Center is defined as a two-story building. Recèrca: The designers modernized the combination of the traditional Sishuiguitang patio space with the traditional elements of the Lingnan arc-shaped wok and translated it into the building to create the main shape element of the facade-the arc-shaped wall. The soft shape is in harmony with the mountains on the north and south sides. , And then arrange the array of arc-shaped walls to create a sense of rhythm in the space.
Inspiracion: The designers have excavated the local culture of Zhongshan and absorbed the architectural layout and cultural connotation of the Chen Family Ancestral Hall. They hope that the Life Aesthetics Hall will also have a multi-dimensional space to accommodate the daily real public life of the crowd. Based on the warm climate of Lingnan, architecture and landscape are closely related.
Durada del Projècte: The project started in March 2020 in Zhongshan and finished in April 2021 in Zhongshan.
Flux Operacional: The simple arc-shaped white wall encloses an independent display interface, which makes the building soft, supplemented by the faint lighting design, so that the whole picture has a sense of space and depth, and gives the building agile vitality.
