- The first key feature is the shield-shaped facade, symbolizing 'home protection' as a fortress offering security. Materials like wood wool cement boards and flexible PU coatings prevent cracks from earthquakes and enhance texture. The ground floor features an open parking area, while the ceiling incorporates geometric shapes, adding depth. The second feature is the concentric wall inside, representing 'home as the center.' Radiating outward, the interior walls form layered partitions, highlighting stability, warmth, and the inclusive nature of the home.
- Dimensions e Embalatge
- The first floor features a parking area, a model display area, and an accessible booth for visitors who may have difficulty going upstairs. - To ensure stability, especially for the second-floor reception area above the parking lot, architects implemented a steel structure system. Secondary beams were added beneath the main beams to distribute structural pressure, effectively mitigating vibrations and earthquake impacts. The fire protection systems were fully integrated, meeting the same requirements as permanent buildings, ensuring safety and compliance.
