Scotiabank es un disseny d'interior corporatiu per a un burèu de 12 000 mètres carrats a Ciutat de Mexic. La disposicion utiliza d'espacis dobèrts per crear una atmosfèra de trabalh calma e ordenada. Marbre, veire, fusta, tapisses e mòbles se combinan per definir las diferentas zonas. Las colors caudas dominan, mentre que las tonalitats vivas sus las paretas, las colomnas e las tapisses renfòrçan l'identitat corporativa. La lutz naturala e la vegetacion sosténon lo benèstre dels emplegats. Las zonas de trabalh en equipa encoratjan la collaboracion e l'interaccion. Lo disseny respecta tanben de critèris durables, coma una bassa consomacion d'energia e de materials estandardizats.

Tecnologia de Produccion: The design of these offices takes into account the theme of sustainable operation, which includes low energy consumption, light levels below standard, and the standardization of materials. The finishes play an integral part in the project, combining elements in a way that complements each other. We incorporate marble, carpets, glass, wood, and furniture to highlight the transformation of different spaces. Overall, warm colors dominate the project, but bright tones were used at key points (walls, columns, carpets) according to a color palette that unifies the image and reinforces the corporate identity.
Desaffo de Dissènh: The challenge of creating a modern, functional, and pleasant environment was overcome by offering employees the warmth of a home that fosters the development of new habits, making friends, engaging in activities, collaborating in teamwork spaces, and freely navigating the area. A fresh, contemporary, and innovative image has been established, both in the configuration of carpets, ceilings, and furniture, as well as in various settings that incorporate natural light and greenery to promote health and happiness, leading to personal satisfaction.
Recèrca: The success of this project is based on understanding the organization's needs in order to transform the space into a competitive tool, creating an environment of elegance and modernity, with light shades resulting from the multidisciplinary integration and various factors.
