Sav S1 es un armari d'emmagatzinatge d'energia concebut per d'utilizaires industrials e comercials. L'armari combina una nauta densitat energetica, una nauta eficiéncia de conversion e una seguretat proactiva. L'eficiéncia de conversion energetica de punta despassa 90 per cent, e las unitats pòdon foncionar en parallèl sens pèrda de capacitat. Una concepcion modulara aumenta la capacitat, mentre qu'un apariament precís de la tension redusís las pèrdas d'energia. Una plataforma intelligenta de gestion de las batariás, una supression de l'embalament termic basada sus l'immersion e un isolament per zònas forman de multiples jaces de proteccion. Un sistèma de gestion de l'energia permet la susvelhança a distància.

Through optimized design and technology, it achieves the peak energy conversion efficiency of over 90 percent and supports parallel operation without capacity loss, ideal for applications like integrated solar storage charging systems or photovoltaic and energy storage solutions. It reduces energy costs, enhances power supply reliability, and promotes low carbon operation.

Production Technology: S1 utilizes high purity materials to minimize heat generation and incorporates aerospace grade polymer materials to block heat diffusion, thus enhancing overall thermal stability. Through precise voltage matching between the PCS and the battery string, it reduces PCS energy loss by 30 percent. The use of a modular design increases capacity by 25 percent. Scientifically designed air ducts further decrease power consumption, improving overall energy efficiency and operational reliability.
Design Challenge: The challenge was ensuring high safety while integrating high energy capacity within a compact footprint. To address this, S1 introduces an AI powered battery management platform to intelligently predict and analyze battery conditions. Coupled with pack level immersion based thermal runaway suppression and zoned safety isolation, it establishes a closed loop safety mechanism of intelligent prediction and proactive intervention, enabling source prevention and rapid response for reliable safety.
Research: S1 stems from a deep insight into space utilization, energy efficiency, and operational safety in industrial and commercial energy storage. A modular design enhances energy storage density per unit area while system level optimization improves energy conversion efficiency. With innovative materials and proactive safety,it establishes multiple protective layers from cell chemistry to system architecture. The result is a seamless blend of high energy density, high efficiency, and high safety.
Inspiration: S1 draws inspiration from minimalist aesthetics and takes into account practical needs. It features a sleek boxy silhouette and a matte metallic finish, presenting a modern, high tech aesthetic. The front boasts a clean layout that retains only essential status indicators and the brand logo, echoing the low key yet high efficiency design philosophy. Vents on the top optimize airflow, which balances heat dissipation with visual order, achieving a harmonious unity of form and function.
Project Duration: The project started in Zhejiang in June 2024. The product was launched in China in March 2025.
Operation Flow: S1, loaded with a comprehensive energy management system, enables around the clock, real time online monitoring and remote operation. It can integrate with third party platforms to achieve data visualization and centralized management both locally and remotely.
The product features millisecond level switching capability, which allows seamless switching between grid connected and off grid modes in less than 10 milliseconds, ensuring continuous power supply for critical loads.
