A mai de l'abòrd minimalista, lo client a tanben demandat de rompre amb lo banal e lo design formal, e per aquò aviá pas l'intencion d'aver un trabalh deliberat del plafond per amagar totas las canalizations dels esprincladors del bastiment, o la caissa de cortina. Doncas, jos lo tèma minimalista, l'elegant Estil Industrial Loft expausat a capitat de preservar la nautor espaciala originala dins l'espaci public.

Proprietats Unicas: Apart from the minimalist approach, the client also requested to break away from the mundane and the formal design, therefore did not intend to have deliberate ceiling work to conceal all the building sprinkler piping, or curtain box. Therefore under the minimalist theme, the elegant exposed Industrial Loft Style has managed to preserve the original spatial height in the public domain.
Dimensions e Embalatge: Area: Interior of 78 square meters, with balcony of 10.1 square meters
Interior Layout: 2 bedrooms, living room, dining room, 2 bathrooms and a walk-in closet

Tecnologia de Produccion: Main building materials: Lotos plaster, Italian pastellone floor（Seamless lime and cement finish floor, KD painted timber veneer board, frosted glass, and metal .
Desaffo de Dissènh: In terms of the placements of sofa, end-table and work desk, the designer sought to simplify, and to abandon complex elements, as well as to blur the edges amongst the three, all of which formed a flexible triangular configuration, looking spacious yet not chaotic at all. Therefore, TV rack has become a revolving TV post, and the simple rack system was deployed to replace cabinet volume.
Inspiracion: Inspired by the large book collection of the client before arriving at the concept of Deconstruction of Books, as books comprise of texts, and the inherent quality of Chinese texts are formed by ink strokes, therefore by displaying the beauty of ink strokes, it articulates the key aesthetic values such as virtual, real, loose, and intense, by traversing the entire minimalist space with black dots, lines and surfaces.
Durada del Projècte: The project started in October 2018 and finished in January 2019 n New Taipei city,Taiwan.
