ବୋଜିଂ ମୁନ ହ୍ୱାଇଟ ହେଉଛି ତିନୋଟି ମହଲା ଏବଂ ଏକ ବେସମେଣ୍ଟ ବିଶିଷ୍ଟ ୧୦୫୦ ବର୍ଗ ମିଟର ବିସ୍ତୃତ ଏକ ଭିଲାର ଅନ୍ତର୍ନିହିତ ଡିଜାଇନ। ଘରର ସଂରଚନାରେ ବ୍ୟାପକ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା। ଦୃଶ୍ୟ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟା, ଦୃଶ୍ୟ ଉଧାର, ଦୃଶ୍ୟ ଫ୍ରେମିଂ, ବିସ୍ତାର, ଭୂଲମ୍ବ ଫାଟ ଏବଂ ସଂରଚନାତ୍ମକ ଅବନମନ ଭଳି ପଦ୍ଧତିଗୁଡ଼ିକୁ ସ୍ଥାନଗୁଡ଼ିକୁ ସଂଗଠିତ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ବ୍ୟବହାର କରାଯାଇଥିଲା। କାଚ ପୃଷ୍ଠଭାଗଗୁଡ଼ିକ ସୂର୍ଯ୍ୟାଲୋକ, ମୃଦୁ ପବନ ଏବଂ ବାହ୍ୟ ଦୃଶ୍ୟପଟକୁ ଅନ୍ତର୍ନିହିତ ସ୍ଥାନ ଭିତରକୁ ଆଣିଥାଏ। ସାମଗ୍ରୀଗୁଡ଼ିକ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ପଥର, କାଠ ଫିନିଶ, ରଙ୍ଗ ଏବଂ ଇଟାଲୀୟ ଶୈଳୀର ଫର୍ନିଚର ଅନ୍ତର୍ଭୁକ୍ତ। ବକ୍ର ଷ୍ଟିଲ କାଚ ହ୍ୟାଣ୍ଡରେଲ ମଧ୍ୟ ସାମିଲ ରହିଛି। ଏହାର ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟ ହେଉଛି ମଣିଷ ଏବଂ ପ୍ରକୃତି ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଏକ ଶାନ୍ତ ସମ୍ପର୍କ ସ୍ଥାପନ କରିବା।

Designers adopt several methods to set up the structure of spaces, including view responding, view borrowing, view framing, extension, vertical slit, structural sinking, and the application of glass material, which naturally brings sunlight, breeze and external landscape into the interior, and enables a harmonious relationship between the interior and the exterior, enriching the visual perception and living experience of residents.

- In a traditional Chinese building, overlook is an art form. Thus, it is used quite a few times in this project. The communication between people does not have to happen in the same place; instead, it can also cut through walls and floors.
The house has three floors above with a basement. The rhythm of the house is well tuned, following the building's own melody, with nature and humanity as the main tone, and offer a good condition for "over look". - ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପ ଅବଧି
