ଫ୍ୟୁଚର ହେଡକ୍ୱାର୍ଟର୍ସ କମ୍ୟୁନିଟି ହେଉଛି ଚୀନର ହାଙ୍ଗଝୋ ସହରର ଏକ ମିଶ୍ରିତ-ବ୍ୟବହାର ଅଞ୍ଚଳ ପାଇଁ ଏକ ସହରାଞ୍ଚଳ ଡିଜାଇନ। ଏହି ଯୋଜନା କମ୍ପାନୀ ଏବଂ ସେମାନଙ୍କ କର୍ମଚାରୀମାନଙ୍କୁ ସେବା ଯୋଗାଇବା ପାଇଁ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାଳୟ ଏବଂ ଆବାସିକ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟଗୁଡ଼ିକୁ ଏକତ୍ର କରିଥାଏ। ଉଚ୍ଚ-ଭବନଗୁଡ଼ିକ ଏକ କେନ୍ଦ୍ରୀୟ ପାର୍କକୁ ଘେରି ରହିଛନ୍ତି, ଯାହା ପଶ୍ଚିମ ହ୍ରଦ ଚାରିପାଖରେ ଥିବା ପର୍ବତମାଳାର ସ୍ମରଣ କରାଏ। ଜଳ-ବିଶେଷତାଗୁଡ଼ିକ ମୁଖ୍ୟ ସାର୍ବଜନୀନ ସ୍ଥାନଗୁଡ଼ିକୁ ସଂଯୋଗ କରିଥାଏ, ଯାହା ମହା ନହରକୁ ସୂଚିତ କରେ। ଅନେକ ସ୍ତରରେ ଥିବା ଭୂଲମ୍ବ ସାର୍ବଜନୀନ ସ୍ଥାନଗୁଡ଼ିକ ଭବନଗୁଡ଼ିକୁ ଯୋଡ଼ି ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ପାରସ୍ପରିକ ସମ୍ପର୍କକୁ ସହାୟତା କରିଥାଏ। ଏହି ଡିଜାଇନ ଏକ ସହଭାଗୀ ପରିବେଶରେ ବଡ଼ କମ୍ପାନୀ ଏବଂ ଷ୍ଟାର୍ଟ-ଅପ୍ ଉଭୟଙ୍କୁ ଆଶ୍ରୟ ଦେଇଥାଏ।

This design project meets different needs of all parties, and ensures the overall implementation through urban design guidelines and whole-process consultation under the condition of huge initial investment.

- This project is located in The CBD area of Hangzhou.Through intelligent big data analysis and research on the surrounding areas of the main city center,also the development rules of the global headquarters and the ratio of industrial residential functions,we clarified the development direction of the innovation headquarters community.Also,landscape interface and high-rise cohesion are added to ensure that the spatial form fits the land value and meets the needs of headquarters and talents.

- This work is inspired by the integration of modern city impression and local culture of World Heritage.The spatial frame of high-rise buildings surrounding the Central Park , is an analog of mountains surrounding the West Lake. The water flow connecting core public spaces，is a metaphor of wave of China Grand Canal. The city and landscape are integrated, as if working and living in the park or on the waterfront.
