Scholars Xuntang ହେଉଛି ଚୀନର ୱୁସିରେ ଥିବା ଐତିହାସିକ ଆବାସିକ କୋଠାଗୁଡ଼ିକ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ନିର୍ମିତ ଏକ ହୋଟେଲ ଅନ୍ତଃସ୍ଥ ସଜ୍ଜା। ଏହି ଅନ୍ତଃସ୍ଥ ଅଂଶଟି ୫୪୦୦ ବର୍ଗମିଟର ବ୍ୟାପୀ ଏବଂ ଏଥିରେ ଧଳା କାନ୍ଥ ଓ କଳା ଟାଇଲ୍ର ବୈଶିଷ୍ଟ୍ୟ ବଜାୟ ରଖାଯାଇଛି। ମୂଳ ସଂରଚନାଗୁଡ଼ିକୁ ସୁରକ୍ଷିତ ଓ ଦୃଢ଼ୀକୃତ କରାଯାଇଛି, ଫଳରେ ସମୟର ଚିହ୍ନ ଦୃଶ୍ୟମାନ ରହିଛି। ସଜ୍ଜା ସଂଯତ ରଖାଯାଇଛି, ଯାହା ପୁରୁଣା ବୟନକୁ ଦେଖିବାର ସୁଯୋଗ ଦିଏ। ସାମଗ୍ରୀ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ରହିଛି କାଠ ଫିନିସ୍, ପଥର, ସୁନା ଇଟ, କାଚ, ୱାଲପେପର, ରଙ୍ଗ, ଲିନେନ୍, ରେଶମ ଏବଂ ମାଲାକା ବେତ। ସ୍ଥାନୀୟ ରେଶମ ଓ ଲିନେନ୍ ବସ୍ତ୍ର ଆଞ୍ଚଳିକ ଶିଳ୍ପକୁ ପ୍ରତିଫଳିତ କରେ। ଏହି ଡିଜାଇନ୍ ଅତିଥିମାନଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ରକୃତି ସହିତ ସଂଯୋଗ କରାଏ ଏବଂ ପୁରୁଣା କୋଠାଗୁଡ଼ିକୁ ନୂତନ ବ୍ୟବହାର ପ୍ରଦାନ କରେ।
