Unique Properties

The main structure of this villa is evolved around a central core; where most of the family activities will be, this core was studied carefully to get a healthy solar exposure with a well ventilation that gives the whole villa a source of light, warmth and energy.

With an open space planning and multiple double height spaces, wrapped by a sequence of elegant arches in variant sizes, yet harmonious with each other and well blended with the internal spaces, all helped in creating a simple cozy yet luxurious elegant home, inside and outside.
