ਦ ਲੌਫਟ ਸਿੰਗਾਪੁਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਥਿਤ ਇੱਕ ਰਿਹਾਇਸ਼ੀ ਅਪਾਰਟਮੈਂਟ ਦਾ ਅੰਦਰੂਨੀ ਡਿਜ਼ਾਈਨ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਅਪਾਰਟਮੈਂਟ ਦਾ ਖੇਤਰਫਲ 52 ਵਰਗ ਮੀਟਰ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਛੱਤ ਦੀ ਉਚਾਈ 4 ਮੀਟਰ ਹੈ। ਦੋਵੇਂ ਬੈਡਰੂਮਾਂ ਵਿਚਕਾਰਲੀ ਦੀਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਹਟਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਸਪੇਸ ਵਧੇਰੇ ਖੁੱਲ੍ਹੀ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਸ਼ਾਲ ਮਹਿਸੂਸ ਹੋਵੇ। ਸਪੇਸ ਯੋਜਨਾਬੰਦੀ ਇੱਕ ਲੰਬਕਾਰੀ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਦਾ ਪਾਲਣ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ, ਅਤੇ ਸੌਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਖੇਤਰ ਉੱਪਰ ਇੱਕ ਲੌਫਟ ਉੱਤੇ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਲੌਫਟ ਇੱਕ ਖੋਖਲੇ ਭਾਗ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਕੈਂਟੀਲੀਵਰਡ ਹੈ, ਇਸ ਲਈ ਵਾਰਡਰੋਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੋਈ ਥੰਮ੍ਹ ਨਜ਼ਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਆਉਂਦਾ। ਇੱਕ ਸ਼ੀਸ਼ੇ ਦਾ ਪੈਨਲ ਲਿਵਿੰਗ ਅਤੇ ਸੌਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਖੇਤਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੱਖ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਟੈਲੀਵਿਜ਼ਨ ਤੋਂ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਆਵਾਜ਼ ਨੂੰ ਸੀਮਿਤ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ।

- Limitation to the space, design to hack the wall between the 2 bedrooms and space planning vertical instead of horizontal. Making use of the high ceiling, we design the bedroom up on the loft. Design enough space for home owner to socialize with family and friend yet still able to keep the sleeping area private. Home owner can still able to do all the essential daily needs in the house.

- Cantilever the loft with the hollow section is the key to support the sleeping area while also would not be seeing columns at the wardrobe and cluttered the space.

- Consider that privacy is needed to the sleeping area. We also divide the living and the sleeping area with glass panel. So the sound from Television won’t disturb the one who are sleeping.
