- The challenge lay in prioritizing the qualitative user findings we gathered. Through affinity mapping, we assigned and rated each finding based on its impact on user experience and its potential to address user problems. This method allowed us to pinpoint areas requiring immediate attention to enhance the overall user journey. Moreover, it empowered us to prioritize solutions with the most significant impact in alleviating user pain points.

The collected user insights were categorized into seven distinct themes and prioritized using evaluation metrics centered on user experience and problem-solving.
