About SeeAnn Wnętrze Domu Wypoczynkowego

SeeAnn to wnętrze domu wypoczynkowego o łącznej powierzchni 600 metrów kwadratowych. Projekt jest minimalistyczny i spokojny, służąc jednocześnie celom komercyjnym oraz komfortowi gości. Pokoje charakteryzują się białymi cementowymi ścianami, jasnym rysunkiem drewna i rattanem, pomiędzy którymi umieszczono meble wykonane na zamówienie. Każdy pokój nawiązuje do innego tematu, w tym pokój wiosenny, pokój herbaciany oraz pokój rodzinny. Ściany, kolumny, płyty podłogowe i stropowe zostały tak rozmieszczone, aby ukryć słupy konstrukcyjne i stworzyć otwartą przestrzeń przy kontrolowanych kosztach. Naturalne materiały i światło dzienne kształtują spokojne otoczenie bliskie naturze.

Unique Properties: As a place for holiday relaxing, it is designed to be a minimalist and calming space. The project aims to not only satisfy the basic commercial use as a functional and efficient building, but also provide a cozy environment that is comfortable for its occupants. Moreover, it precisely controlled the cost and effectively analyzed the spatial relationships among different building elements.

Production Technology: The case rooms feature white cement walls, light wood grain and rattan, with custom made furniture dot in-between. The furniture of minimalism strikes a good balance between visual appeal and the cost. Different rooms are designed accordingly with different themes concerning the shapes and sight lines. They are the spring room, the tea room and the family room, etc.
Design Challenge: The hiding of may pillars in the space and the limit of cost.
Research: Through properly arranged the positions of each wall, column, floor slab and ceiling slab, the project adopted a concise and economic way to achieve an open and clean space. It all seems so simple, but it requires the most rigorous discipline. Therefore, it created spacious places and astonishing moments to facilitate diverse human activities, and made an intimate ambience to find an appropriate balance between human and nature.
Inspiration: SeeAnn Retreat was completed during the Covid-19 pandemic. In the time of the pandemic, a nature-connected way of living gives us the chance to cure and cleanse ourselves. people desperately need a vacation space for relaxation, for shortly fleeing from the mega cities. Here they can cleanse themselves, hold back the desires, and chew over life philosophy. A space presented by shaping unique structures through natural materials and the interesting play of light.
Project Duration: The project started in April 2019 in ZheJiang and finished in May 2020 in ZheJiang.
