Monad Terrace to wnętrze mieszkania rezydencyjnego zlokalizowanego w Miami Beach. Rezydencja jest pierwszym ukończonym mieszkaniem w budynku zaprojektowanym przez Ateliers Jean Nouvel we współpracy z deweloperem JDS Development Group. Mieszkanie ma łączną powierzchnię 5193 stóp kwadratowych, w tym 3350 stóp kwadratowych powierzchni wewnętrznej oraz 1843 stopy kwadratowe powierzchni zewnętrznej. Projekt wnętrz łączy design wnętrzarski z projektowaniem mody, aby nadać przestrzeni bardziej ludzki charakter. Meble zostały wybrane wyłącznie z kolekcji Jeana Paula Gaultiera dla marki Roche Bobois. Projekt został ukończony w styczniu 2020 roku.
