About Dowell DoThink Kompleks mieszkaniowy
Dowell DoThink to kompleks mieszkaniowy w Hangzhou w Chinach, zajmujący powierzchnię 103566 metrów kwadratowych. Projekt łączy współczesne rezydencje miejskie z dziedzińcami oraz apartamentowce wysokościowe usytuowane w ogrodach. Każde gospodarstwo domowe posiada niezależny prywatny dziedziniec, inspirowany tradycyjnym dziedzińcem Jiangnan, gdzie jeden dom obsługiwany jest przez sześć dziedzińców. Kamień, powłoka z naturalnego kamienia oraz wysokiej jakości farba tworzą jednolitą i skromną fasadę, natomiast wtopione metalowe linie nadają rytm minimalistycznemu tonowi. Krajobraz wejściowy, centralny ogród oraz ogród skupiony dodają wspólną przestrzeń otwartą.

- Production Technology
- To ensure an overall unified facade effect, materials like stone, natural stone coating, high-grade paint are selected for the high-rise residential buildings to decorate their simplistic and modest facade. The simpleness revealed by the stone materials and the partially inlaid metal lines play a dynamic rhythm in the minimalist tone.
- Design Challenge
- The biggest challenge lies in innovation. It is not easy for a real estate development project, because there are many difficult and unexpected problems like budget control, schedule of relevant procedures and others during the construction. From the design to construction, all parties have made great efforts.
- Research
- The plot where Chinoiserie Mansion locates is also called the "West Creek of Xiaoshan District". Along the riverbank that stretches over 1000 meters, the project boasts two major product types: "contemporary urban residence with courtyards"and "high-rise residence in the courtyard". The ingenious design fosters such a terrific integration of prosperity and landscape.
- Inspiration
- The city is upgrading, so does its people's pursuit of dwelling quality. Therefore, we needed a project to demonstrate confidence backed by our culture, and the inherent preference for the courtyard. Chinoiserie Mansion makes its debut under such momentum, serving as a return to tradition, as well as an innovation.

Hangzhou City, China - Operation Flow
- The designers considered not only the facade and house type, but also the spatial layout and living atmosphere. All details show a pleasant scale, from the entrance landscape to central garden and cluster garden, creating comfortable spatial experiences. The courtyard stresses privacy that each household has an independent courtyard. Different from the Chinese-style solemn and tediousness, the design injects more vitality into the space to interpret a positive living attitude.
