About Hill Mansion Projektowanie krajobrazu

Hill Mansion to projekt krajobrazowy ukończony w 2021 roku w Nankinie, w Chinach. Centralny basen, położony w najniższym punkcie terenu, gromadzi i oczyszcza wodę deszczową.

Unique Properties
Located in Qixia District, Nanjing, the project site is close to the waterfront of the Yangtze River. With the advantage of the local natural landscape, the project has good conditions for borrowing scenery in design. Featured the undulating skyline created by plants, the design is combined with the surrounding natural environment, where the natural experience has no boundary.
Dimensions & Packaging
The plants adopted are mainly local suitable species, matched with local wild flowering vegetation, to form a low-maintenance ecological greening landscape. A central pool is designed at the lowest point of the site, which not only serves as a landscape but also has the functions of collecting and purifying rainwater on the site.

Production Technology
The lighting is mainly functional lighting, which avoids using high glare light sources. The main function lamps are equipped with solar modules and a time-sharing control system to reduce energy consumption.
Design Challenge
The rainwater collected from the ground is given priority to meet the water use of the landscaped pool. The pool is equipped with an additional water storage module, which can be reserved to a certain extent to meet the water supply needs of the landscape when the rainwater is insufficient.
Research
Ecological permeable bricks are used on the large surface of the paving. The stone-like surface layer has good water permeability, and it is used with underground water storage modules to form a water storage and reuse system.
Inspiration
Inspired by the famous red maple scenery in Qixia, the design concept is to create charming maple landscapes to attract people and remain the poetry and happy time in life. The project will witnesses the growth of the maple trees and the future development of the community in the city.
Project Duration
The project finished in 2021 in Nanjing, China.
Operation Flow
The main entrance takes nature as its source of inspiration, transforming "wind" into a concrete streamlined landscape wall, which penetrates between valleys, forests and water, and blends with each other. It creates a scene of maple leaves falling with the wind.
