Park został pomyślany jako inteligentna wieś i pole przyszłości, z inteligentnymi rozwiązaniami zastosowanymi na każdym etapie łańcucha rolniczego. Cztery główne budynki nawiązują kształtem do nasion, ścieżki sugerują kiełkujące pnącza, a rabaty kwiatowe przypominają nowe liście. Technologia 5G, big data i technologie maszynowe wspierają inteligentne sadzenie i przetwarzanie. Cyfryzacja, prefabrykacja i druk 3D kierują procesem projektowania i budowy. Funkcje obejmują muzeum rolnictwa, centrum wymiany kulturalnej oraz inteligentne gospodarstwo rolne.

To develop future-oriented smart agricultural project in the rural land of south Pizhou, advanced technology will be introduced to agricultural production and provide more employment opportunities. Moreover, it will attract more tourists and add vitality to local economy.
Inspiracja: "Seed" becomes the inspiration for the design team to conceive the core architectural complex. The germination of seed becomes the design concept. Seed, containing enormous information on life, grows roots and sprouts in appropriate temperature, lighting and moisture condition. The wisdom of seed lies in every step of growing process. As to Pizhou, planning works as a starting point. A smart park will grow up and evolve in the way the seed does.
