O projekcie Szhk Science and Technology Project Wieżowiec biurowy

Szhk Science and Technology Project to wysokościowa inwestycja biurowa w Shenzhen w Chinach. Główny budynek o wysokości 250 metrów nawiązuje do rozłożystej formy chińskiego drzewa parasolowego, podczas gdy podium handlowe ukształtowano na wzór drzew, a jego elewacja przywołuje liście parasolowca. Projekt tworzy całodobowy krąg przestrzeni do życia, wypoczynku i pracy, obejmujący środowiskowe centrum zdrowia, księgarnię w formie domku na drzewie, centrum gier oraz centrum sztuki. Naturalna wentylacja, perforowane aluminiowe panele elewacyjne, zielony dach podium oraz solarne podgrzewanie wody na dachu ograniczają zużycie energii.
