O projekcie Gin And Chuan Wnętrze restauracji

Gin and Chuan to projekt wnętrza restauracji zlokalizowanej w centrum dzielnicy East Hongqiao w Szanghaju, w Chinach. Projekt obejmuje powierzchnię 2000 metrów kwadratowych i zawiera dziesięć prywatnych sal jadalnych, oferujących miejsca dla 200 osób. Projekt łączy nowoczesny, szwajcarski styl międzynarodowy ze sztuką ceramiczną z Jingdezhen. Wykonane na zamówienie elementy ceramiczne są ręcznie formowane w Jingdezhen i wypalane w temperaturze 1400 stopni, dzięki czemu każdy z nich jest unikalny. Wnętrze nawiązuje do kultury Bashu i kuchni syczuańskiej, łącząc tę kulinarną tradycję z whisky. Projekt został ukończony w 2022 roku.
