From Paris With Grace to projekt wnętrz rezydencji wakacyjnej w południowo-wschodnim Tajpej. Apartament o powierzchni około 1386 stóp kwadratowych (128 m²) należy do pary, która posiada również dom w Paryżu. Klasyczny francuski wystrój został połączony z amerykańskimi koncepcjami wnętrzarskimi oraz nowoczesnymi metalowymi akcentami. Centralnym punktem otwartej strefy dziennej jest wykonana na zamówienie ściana telewizyjna z włoskiego kamienia tytanowo-stalowego. Meble, oświetlenie i zabudowa meblowa zostały wykonane na miarę przez wykwalifikowanych rzemieślników. Północnoamerykański dąb dodaje wnętrzu ciepła. Duże okna wprowadzają do pomieszczeń naturalne światło oraz widok na miasto.

We employed a blend of traditional craftsmanship and modern techniques, with custom-made furniture, lighting, and cabinetry tailored to the space. High-end materials like North American oak and Italian titanium steel stone were used. The design process focused on creating a seamless integration of French and American styles with modern accents, achieved through detailed planning and collaboration with skilled artisans.
Badania: Design research for this project was primarily qualitative, focusing on the client's lifestyle and aesthetic preferences. Objectives were to create a luxurious, functional space reflecting their taste. We used interviews and site visits, collecting data on their needs, Paris home style, and desired atmosphere. No formal experiments; instead, deep client engagement. Results showed a strong leaning towards elegant, comfortable spaces with unique details. Key insight was balancing opulence with functionality. This research directly impacted the design, resulting in a bespoke space that perfectly aligned with the client's vision.
Inspiracja: The homeowners, a couple with a home in Paris, wanted a place in southeastern Taipei for meetings and leisure. They desired a luxurious and glamorous space, a small reception hall to entertain guests, with unique materials and craftsmanship. This desire to create an upscale environment that blended French and American styles with modern metal accents, while also incorporating the homeowners' preferences and lifestyle, served as the main inspiration for the project. The design emphasizes elegance, comfort, and a sense of well-being, capitalizing on ample natural light and city views.
Czas Trwania Projektu: The project was completed around October 1st of 2024 and is located in southeastern Taipei.
