Zhenbaoguan to wnętrze prywatnego muzeum o powierzchni 750 metrów kwadratowych. Przestrzeń prezentuje kolekcję dzieł sztuki i wina wewnątrz rezydencji, która pełni również funkcję biura oraz miejsca przyjmowania gości. Szafy ekspozycyjne, sufity i podłogi wykończono czarnym drewnem i kamieniem, dzięki czemu uwaga skupia się na eksponatach. Oświetlenie gablot podświetla każde dzieło sztuki, a nie powierzchnie samych gablot. Ściany z winem rozmieszczono symetrycznie po obu stronach głównego korytarza, zgodnie z orientalną estetyką symetrii.
