O projekcie Jiangmen Tech City Architektura wielofunkcyjna

Jiangmen Tech City to wielofunkcyjny kompleks łączący biura, przestrzenie badawcze i innowacyjne, handel oraz mieszkania na działce o powierzchni 100000 metrów kwadratowych. Projekt inspirowany jest zielonymi polami tarasowymi oraz przestrzeniami arkadowymi tradycyjnej architektury południowych Chin. Warstwowe uskoki tworzą obsadzone roślinnością tarasy, które przenoszą zieleń od poziomu gruntu aż po dachy. Budynki publiczne zwrócone są w stronę głównych dróg, natomiast strefa mieszkalna została usytuowana po stronie północnej. Wspólne przestrzenie do pracy oraz place publiczne wspierają przedsiębiorców, małe firmy i większe przedsiębiorstwa. Budowa zaplanowana jest etapami.
