Układ opiera się na koncepcji wewnętrznej ulicy, która tworzy naprzemienną konfigurację w obrębie dwóch pomieszczeń o wysokości 5,5 metra. Strefy biurowe, konferencyjne, rozrywkowe i doświadczalne połączono w jednym elastycznym środowisku.
