R300 to lekki i przenośny odtwarzacz CD stworzony dla użytkowników w każdym wieku. Korpus ma 162 mm szerokości, 147,3 mm głębokości i 32,5 mm wysokości. W pełni modułowa konstrukcja wykorzystuje znormalizowane części oraz łatwe do demontażu połączenia, dzięki czemu moduły można naprawiać, modernizować i ponownie wykorzystywać w innych produktach tej samej serii. Opakowanie stanowi tacka z papieru nadającego się do recyklingu. Interfejs został podzielony na sekcję lewą i prawą, aby elementy sterujące pozostały przejrzyste i proste. Urządzenie obsługuje połączenia przewodowe i bezprzewodowe oraz kilka formatów audio.

Unique Properties: R300 is a lightweight, portable CD player appealing to all ages. From the production process to the modular components to the recyclable paper tray packaging, the design is kept as simple as possible. Meanwhile, the function, form, and appearance should be well integrated into multiple usage scenarios to achieve product flexibility, upgradeability, repairability, and environmental sustainability, bringing a deep sense of happiness and high-quality usage experience to users of different ages.

Research: This product is positioned as a lightweight CD player with a wide target customer base. Therefore, we researched the current market characteristics and the functional and emotional needs of users of different ages for CD players through questionnaires, interviews with typical users, and research on consumer reports from professional institutions to guide the design of the appearance, material, form and interactive form of this product.This is a lightweight and portable CD player. The biggest challenge in the design process is to make it lightweight and portable, suitable for all ages. The function, form and appearance should be well integrated into a variety of usage scenarios, bringing a deep sense of happiness and high-quality usage experience to users of different ages.
Inspiration: Since the 2020s, CD sales have continued to grow as Gen Z has re-pursued retro ways of listening to music and the KPOP market share has exceeded US$5 billion.

Gen Z and older generations have become enthusiastic about CDs again, and there aren’t many ideal CD players on the market, so we wanted to develop a product that would appeal not only to young people who are into pop culture but also to the older generation who are nostalgic and once loved CD culture.
Project Duration: The project started in March 2023 in Shenyang, ended in September 2023 in Shenyang, and was launched in China in October 2023.
Operation Flow: The design of the left and right partitions of the interface highlights the functional area, achieving a more intuitive, reasonable and simple operation experience. The material is touch-up paint, which feels warm.
It retains the classic characteristics of traditional CD players, supports wired and wireless connection methods, ensures a high-quality listening experience, and supports multiple audio formats, meeting multiple needs for convenience, fashion, and high-quality sound effects.
