Plastrack to prowadnica szuflady zaprojektowana z myślą o montażu bez użycia narzędzi. Prowadnica wykonana jest z wysokowytrzymałego tworzywa sztucznego wzmocnionego stalą, w formie jednego elementu formowanego wtryskowo. Korpus główny składa się z symetrycznych modułów szyn prowadzących, które blokują się w przygotowanych otworach w korpusie szafki za pomocą elastycznych zacisków, dzięki czemu nie są potrzebne żadne wkręty. Plastrack pasuje do szafek o różnej głębokości i umożliwia zarówno montaż boczny, jak i dolny. Metoda bezśrubowa skraca czas montażu i eliminuje kontakt z ostrymi wkrętami. Unikalne Cechy: This product is made of high strength steel plastic in one piece and innovatively realizes the tool-free installation of drawer slides. The main body is composed of symmetrical guide rail modules, which can be quickly locked with the preset holes of the cabinet through elastic clips, eliminating the screw tightening process required for traditional metal slide rails. It can be adapted to various cabinets of different depths and supports both side installation and bottom installation modes.

Technologia Produkcji: The barrel body of the product is made of high-strength steel and plastic through one piece injection molding. The product undergoes 12 quality inspections throughout the process to ensure that it does not deform after 100,000 pull out tests. Wyzwanie Projektowe: The biggest challenge in the implementation and research process is how to meet the requirements of safety and ease of operation, improve durability, and at the same time be compatible with products of different drawer types. Finally, through continuous refinement of 3D models and sample verification, this innovative drawer slide rail was designed.
Badania: The installation of traditional metal slide rails requires professional tools, which is time consuming and laborious. There are many screws, the operation remains unchanged, and at the same time, the price is high. We innovatively achieve tool free installation of drawer slides, replacing metal with plastic. This not only ensures safety and ease of operation, enhances durability, but also improves the aesthetic appeal of the product.
Inspiracja: Two major pain points of traditional metal slide rails: 1. Installation requires professional tools, which is time consuming and laborious; 2. Iron parts are expensive and have poor compatibility. Inspired by the connection structure of plastic snap type shelves, the core concept of using plastic slide rails to replace the metal parts fixed by screws is proposed. Carry out modular design to enable the slide rails to adapt to different cabinet bodies.
Czas Trwania Projektu: The project started in Shenzhen in October 2024 and will be completed in Shenzhen in June 2025.
