Heart in Bloom to pierścionek wykonany z 18-karatowego złota, wysadzany szafirem w kształcie serca o masie 1,1 karata w brzoskwiniowym odcieniu. Otwarta i asymetryczna konstrukcja pasuje do różnych rozmiarów palców i zachowuje stabilność dzięki zrównoważonemu rozkładowi ciężaru. Szafir nie jest traktowany jako stały punkt centralny, lecz wyłania się spośród rozgałęzionych form, które częściowo otaczają kamień. Rzeźbiarskie gałązki rozciągają się na zewnątrz, tworząc warstwowe relacje, które nadają wrażenie lekkości.
