O projekcie Run Science Park Park Naukowy

Run Science Park to park naukowo-technologiczny w Kantonie. Kompleks zajmuje powierzchnię 120 000 metrów kwadratowych i łączy przestrzenie biurowe, wystawiennicze oraz strefy o elastycznym przeznaczeniu. Siedemdziesiąt pięć procent powierzchni przeznaczono na biura, pięć procent na zastosowania elastyczne, pięć procent na przestrzenie wystawiennicze, a piętnaście procent na funkcje mieszane. Konstrukcja jest uniesiona nad ziemią i wykorzystuje wzajemnie zazębiające się oraz przesunięte względem siebie formy. Zagłębiony plac wprowadza światło dzienne do niższych kondygnacji. Elewację tworzą szkło, panele aluminiowe oraz malowane powierzchnie. Projekt tworzy otwartą i wzajemnie powiązaną wspólnotę przestrzenną.

Badania: Run Science Park utilized surrounding industrial resources and infrastructures of Guangzhou Science City to establish the China Resources Land Industrial Cluster.
Dedicated to technical development in the field of internet industry, animation industry, and smart architecture the park encourages co working in enterprise, production, research and development to obtain results.
Under the concept of combination of nature ecosystem and scientific development, green smart architecture is established .
Inspiracja: To differentiate from traditional industrial parks with low connectivity
and to fulfill future requirements Run Science Park will have three distinctive functions, space for various exhibitions, office, and flexible usages. Through the reinterpretation of traditional industrial parks, the open working space, informal conference area and internal facilities together create a sharing community with multi functionality and high connectivity.
Czas Trwania Projektu: The project started in October 2017 and finished in January 2020
Przebieg Działania: To satisfy various uses in the future, the design allocated 75 percent of the area for office, 5 percent flexible space, 5 percent exhibition space, 15 percent complex space.
And another consideration of the project was its relationship with the city and the industrial complex.The sunken plaza provides spatial experience on various levels so that the sufficient amount of sunlight can reach underground. The building facade reflects one of key design ideas, the combination of technology and ecosystem.
