انټرپرایز مینشن یو د کلب کور دننی ډیزاین دی چې ټول مساحت یې ۲۱۸۵ مربع متره دی. دا ډیزاین د چین په دودیز انګړ باندې ولاړ دی، چې د کورني ژوند او کلتور اوږده مهاله سمبول دی. جوړښت د خلکو، معمارۍ او طبیعت ترمنځ د یووالي په نظر تعقیبوي، چې باغونه، ونې او ازاد اسمان د جوړ شوي ځای دننه ځای پرځای کوي. توکي یې د کاسیا سیامیا لرګی، د سیند شین ډبره، ډولومیت، برونزي زنګ نه وهونکی فولاد او په لاس نقاشي شوی تار لرونکی ښیښه شاملوي. دا پروژه د ۲۰۱۷ کال د اکتوبر په میاشت کې په شنګهای کې پیل شوه او د ۲۰۱۹ کال د سپټمبر په میاشت کې په نانتونګ کې بشپړه شوه.

Unique Properties: Lin Yutang's elegant and rich courtyard.
It 's the ultimate dream residence in people's mind. Courtyard is the strongest symbol of Chinese traditional culture, is undoubtedly the living complex of Chinese people.
In the past five thousand years the Chinese nation has been pursuing the idea of "the unity of man and nature", which is reflected in the architectural form, it 's to pursue the integration of human, architecture and nature, a unique courtyard culture has been achieved.
