About Osia Villa د استوگنځي کورني ډیزاین
اوسیا ویلا یوه شخصي استوگنځی ده چې په ۲۸۰۰ متره مربع ځمکه کې د غنم/وریجو کښتونو ته په کتو سره جوړه شوې ده. دا ډیزاین د دننه او بیرون ساحو تر منځ اړیکه رامنځته کوي، او د سرپناه او منظرې تر منځ پوله ړنده کوي. دوه تراسونه د دې ویلا ځانګړتیا ده: یو ختیځ تراس چې د سهار خوړو لپاره ترتیب شوی، او یو لویدیځ تراس چې په دویم پوړ کې د ماښامنیو ټولنو لپاره کارول کیږي. د تفریحي پوړ کې د پرګولا کیناستنې ساحه د موجوده تیر جال له خوا ملاتړ شوې ده او د لویدونکي لمر منظرې چوکاټ کوي. موادو په سیمه ییز ډول تدارک شوي وو، او فرش د ضایع شویو ګرانیټ ټوټو په کارولو سره جوړ شوی دی.

- Unique Properties
- A private property overlooking paddy farms spread over 28,000 Sqft of land. The design intends to marry the inside and outside blurring the boundaries of a sheltered home.

- Production Technology
- The materials were sourced locally. The entire pavement for the villa was done in waste granite pieces.
- Design Challenge
- The challenge was to execute the pergola on first floor which was eventually supported by existing beam grid.
- Research
- The site location was a major inspiration for carving out spaces into the built structure. The pergola seating on the recreational floor was carved to create a sundowner spot.
- Inspiration
- The wide views of setting sun over the paddy fields is the main inspiration to form the private deck on the entertainment floor with a perfect balance of indoor and outdoor spaces.
- Project Duration
- The project started in Feb 2017 and was completed by March 2019
- Operation Flow
- The design was made in Mumbai and all drawings sent to site to execute locally with regular interval site visits to check the progress.
